O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this application for a direction, to direct the trial Court for speedy disposal of the case in C.C.No.3 of 2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Madurai to dispose of the case on day to day basis.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.139 of 2014 and charge sheet has been filed, which was taken on file in C.C.No.3 of 2017, but the case has not been disposed of. Hence, the petitioner wants an early disposal.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

4.Considering the rival submissions made on either side, the learned learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Madurai, is directed to dispose of the case in C.C.No.3 of 2017 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order on day to day basis.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of.
