This petition is filed seeking for police protection to the petitioner, by considering the representation made by the petitioner dated 15.05.2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1and 2. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that the respondent police would give police protection only to the life and limb of the petitioner.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.05.2018, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
