When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for has become infructuous and he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the bundle as follows:
" I may be permitted to withdraw as infructuous"
2. The said endorsement is recorded. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
