ORDER

This petition has been filed, seeking to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent police frequently called the petitioners and harassed them under the guise of enquiry.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), would submit that already eight cases have been registered against the

petitioners under NDPS Act. He has further submitted that the respondent police called the petitioners only for enquiry and no such harassment made against the petitioners.
