ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent police to file the final report in Crime No.318 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that already they completed the investigation and filed the final report and the same was returned. However, they will represent the same within fifteen days.

3. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition and recording the above said submission of the respondent, this Court directs the respondent to represent the final report within a period of fifteen [15] days from the date of this order. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
