This contempt petition has been filed to punish the contemnor/respondent for his willful disobedience of the orders passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15555 of 2023 dated 07.09.2023. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the orders passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15555 of 2023 dated 07.09.2023 has been complied with and a negative final report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Andipatti. 3.Recording the same, this contempt petition is closed with a direction to the respondent to serve RCS notice to the petitioner for enabling him to file protest petition before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Andipatti.
