O R D E R

Though petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the Family Court, Madurai not to insist the petitioner to pay the arrears from January 2015 onwards, without disposing the modification petition in Crl.M.P.No.230 of 2015 in M.C.No.102 of 2007 pending on the file of the Family Court, Madurai, when the matter came up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that it would suffice, if a direction is given to the Family Court, Madurai to dispose of the modification petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.230 of 2015 in M.C.No.102 of 2007, within a specified time.

2. In view of the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of directing the Family Court, Madurai to dispose of Crl.M.P.No.230 of 2015 in M.C.No.102 of 2007, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
