ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the respondents not to interfere in the civil dispute in connection with Survey Nos.325/9, 325/11 having extent of 65 cents at Sithargal Natham Village, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District and not to harass the petitioners and their family members to execute the sale deed in respect of above mentioned property.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent Police frequently called the petitioner to the Police Station and harassed him and his family members under the guise of enquiry in respect of a civil dispute.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that petitioner was called only for enquiry in respect of a petition pending against him and petition enquiry has also been conducted and it was closed and hence, there is no question of harassment.

5.Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
