This petition is filed to call for the records in M.C.No.A3/213/2016 on the file of the Sub Collector-cum-Sub Divisional Magistrate, Pudukottai, Pudukottai District, dated 28.09.2016 and quash the same.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record. 3.It is seen that as per the impugned order, the petitioner has to appear before the Sub Divisional Executive Magistrate (Sub Collector), Pudukkottai, on 03.10.2016 to show cause, why the order under Section 111 of Cr.P.C should not be passed against him.
