O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking for police protection to the petitioner and his family members, by considering the representation made by the petitioner dated 14.05.2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the respondent police would give police protection only to the petitioner and his family members.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.05.2018, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
