The petitioners have filed this criminal original petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking direction upon the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III (CCIW), Madurai, to dispose of the case, in C.C.No.39 of 2012, within a stipulated time.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police.
3.Taking into consideration the fact that the calender case is of the year 2012, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III (CCIW), Madurai, is directed to dispose of the case, in C.C.No.39 of 2012, as expeditiously as possible and the petitioners are also directed to co-operate with the learned Trial Judge for early disposal of the case.
