ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 341, 294 (b), 302 and 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.167 of 2016, on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2. The first anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner was withdrawn on 19.07.2016. In the order, this Court observed as follows:

"After hearing the argument in length, when this Court was not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition". 3.The Second anticipatory bail petition was withdrawn on 14.09.2016.

4.The present anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner is third petition.

5. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner, who is arrayed as first accused, is mother of the second accused, who committed offence and the petitioner is not responsible for the act of her son.

6. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the petitioner has instigated her son to commit murder and investigation is pending and if the petitioner is granted anticipatory bail, she would tamper the evidence.

7. Considering the gravity of offence committed by the petitioner and the fact that if the petitioner is granted anticipatory bail, she would tamper the evidence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
