The petitioner has filed this Criminal Original Petition to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to conduct enquiry based on the letter No.75388/Police-16/2016-1 dated 16.11.2016 passed by the first respondent herein, based on the petitioner's complaints dated 15.09.2016 and 26.09.2016, respectively and consequently direct the respondent No.3 investigate the same as per law within the time to be fixed by this Court based on the petitioner's reminder complaint, dated 05.05.2017.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the State and perused the material available on record.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances and also considering the limited scope of the prayer made in this petition, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry, based on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 05.05.2017, and dispose of the matter, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this petition is disposed of.
