O R D E R
The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that he was appointed as Assistant Clerk in the third respondent society on 29.09.1995. For the last thirty years he has been working without any complaints. On 31.08.2023, one Sangan, who is holding the post of Secretary was retired from service in the third respondent society. Thereafter, the president of the society has recommended him as a Secretary Incharge. On 24.12.2023, the Management committee of the society has passed the resolution to appoint the petitioner as Secretary. Accordingly, all the records were handed over to the petitioner by the then Secretary. Thereafter, the petitioner submitted a representation on 01.09.2023, to promote him as a Secretary of the third respondent Society on permanent basis. The said representation was not considered. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition has been filed.
2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents on instructions submitted that the representation of the petitioner seeking promotion is under consideration and appropriate orders will be passed within the time stipulated by this Court.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court of the opinion that without going into the merits of this case and with the consent of both side, this writ petition can be disposed of at the admission stage itself with a direction to the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.09.2023 within the stipulated time in accordance with law to meet the ends of justice.
4. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass order in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
There shall be no order as to costs.
