Mr.P.Subbaraj, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr. G.Karthick, learned Standing Counsel takes notice on behalf of the 3rd respondent.

During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that they are confining their relief sought in this writ petition to the extent to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.02.2025, in accordance with law, within the time stipulated.

3. On the careful perusal of the record, it appears the petitioner made several representations to the respondents from 14.03.2022 on wards. The last representation is dated 22.02.2025. Considering the request of the petitioner, in our considered view, it is appropriate and reasonable to dispose of this writ petition at the admission stage itself, with the consent of both sides, with a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.02.2025 within a stipulated time to meet the ends of justice.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.02.2025 in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
