When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that after conducting the investigation in Crime NO.94 of 2013, charge sheet has been filed by the respondent police in before the concerned Magistrate Court and the same was not taken on file.
