O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondent police to expedite the investigation in Crime No.33 of 2011, dated 13.02.2011 and file the final report within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that even after a lapse five years from the date of registration of the case, the respondent did not take any efforts to file the final report. Hence, the petitioner has come up with this petition for the aforesaid prayer.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that the respondent requires four months time to complete the investigation and to file the final https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

report in Crime No.33 of 2011.

5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and to file the final report in Crime No.33 of 2011 before the Court concerned within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
