ORDER

The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent herein not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry upon the complaint of the third respondent by considering the petitioner's representation dated 25.02.2026.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents Police brought to the notice of this Court that a complaint has been received from the third respondent on 13.02.2026 and C.S.R.No.46 of 2026 has been registered wherein it is alleged that the petitioner is said to have attacked the third respondent after a wordy quarrel due to non payment of the money. 3.Considering the above said facts, the second respondent Police is directed to conduct an enquiry and complete the same within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. 10.03.2026 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet: Yes/No vsg 2/4
