ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to complete the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.1380 of 2015 on the file of the second respondent Police.

2.In this case, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that there were lot of persons, who were cheated to the tune of Rs.1,69,00,000/-.(One Crores and Sixty Nine Lakhs only).

3.The Police have till now enquired 13 victims and other 40 victims are yet to be enquired by the Police. Therefore, the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) seeks nine months time to complete the investigation.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that a First Information Report is pending from the year 2015 and all the victims have lost their money and there is no progress in the investigation.

5.In the facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent is finally granted time of six months to complete the investigation and file a final report.

6.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above directions.
