29.01.2026 for the offences punishable under Sections 319(2), 318(2), 318 (4), 336(2), 336(3), 340(2) and 351(3) of BNS, in Crime No.04 of 2026 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. According to the prosecution, the petitioner had received a money from the defacto complainant under the guise of giving false assurance to get Government job and cheated the defacto complainant. Hence the case.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was arrested on 29.01.2026 and a false case has been registered against the petitioner. He further submitted that there was no material available against the petitioner to continue the investigation under the allegations made in the FIR. Hence, he seeks bail for the petitioner.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has cheated the defacto complainant and there are 15 previous cases are pending against the petitioner. Hence, he strongly objected to the grant of bail to the petitioner.

Considering the above said circumstances and the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, that the petitioner allegedly cheated the defacto complainant and there are 15 previous cases are pending against this petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
