Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus, direct the 4th respondent to issue necessary orders to implement the tender bid by the Petitioner on 07.07.2014 for the Shop No. 4 & 5 or order direction in the nature of Writ.

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus, direct the 4th respondent to issue necessary orders to implement the tender bid by the Petitioner on 07.07.2014 for the Shop No3 or order direction in the nature of Writ and pass such further orders as this Honble Court.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up, the learned counsel for the review petitioners sought the permission of this Court to withdraw these review applications, with liberty to file miscellaneous petitions to modify the orders passed in the writ petitions, which are under review in these review applications. 3.Permission is granted and the review applications are dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty to the petitioners. No costs.
