The petitioners/accused in Crime No.5 of 2024 , on the file of the first respondent police have moved this petition to quash the above proceedings pending as against them.

2.Mr.P.Kottaichamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), who takes notice for the first respondent submits that the investigation in Crime No. 5 of 2024 has already been completed, final report has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Padmanabhapuram, as action dropped, on 11.09.2024 in RCS No.7 of 2024.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that the final report has been filed as action dropped, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
