ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner, who was arrested on 01.05.2018 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 170 IPC in Crime No.123 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation is still pending.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ am of the view that the petitioner could be enlarged on bail.

Accordingly, it is ordered that the petitioner shall be released on bail, on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-2, Virudhunagar and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. sd/- 17/05/2018 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
