ORDER

The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.17035 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.13401 of 2025 dated 14.11.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions from 06.12.2026. Further, the investigation is pending.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 06.02.2026, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.17035 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.13401 of 2025 dated 14.11.2025. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.17035 of 2025 in Crl.O.P. (MD).No.13401 of 2025 dated 14.11.2025. is modified as ''the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required.'' 09.03.2026 sbn 2/4
