RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition imposed by the Honble Madurai Bench of Madras High Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3445 of 2023 dated 22.02.2023 that the petitioner is ordered to be appear and sign before the respondent police, every day at 10.30.a.m. instead of that it may be modified as the petitioner appear and sign before the T8, Muthapudupettai Police Station, Tiruvallur District concern.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RAJESHKUMAR R, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3445 of 2023 dated 22.02.2023.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the "petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, T8, Muthapudupettai Police Station, Tiruvallur District, daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter, report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
