ORDER

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents 2 and 3 not to interfere with the money dispute which is civil in nature based on the complaint of the respondents 4 and 5 herein.

According to the petitioner, there is a money dispute pending between the petitioner and the respondents 4 and 5 and thereby, the private respondents lodged a complaint against the petitioner before the third respondent. Taking advantage of the same, now the third respondent insist the petitioner to settle the amount. Therefore, the petitioner filed this petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the official respondents would submit that the respondents 4 and 5 have lodged a complaint against the petitioner and based on the complaint, the third 2/5

respondent called the petitioner for enquiry. At the time of enquiry, the petitioner admitted the borrowal of money from the private respondents and also assured to repay the amount and thereby, the petition enquiry is pending. They will complete the enquiry within two weeks.

4. Since the prayer of the petitioner is to direct the respondents 2 and 3 not to interfere with the money dispute, this Court without even issuing notice to the private respondents inclined to pass orders in this case.

5. The allegations levelled against the third respondent are denied by him and only based on the complaint given by the private respondents, they called the petitioner for enquiry and the petitioner also appeared for enquiry and they have not harassed the petitioner. Therefore, recording the above said submission of the third respondent, this Court directs the third respondent to complete the enquiry within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of this order.

6. With the above said directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
