ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd Respondent to conduct enquiry and dispose the petitioners complaint dated 09.01.2026.

2. Considering the fact that no adverse order is passed as against the respondents 3 and 4 in this writ petition, notice to the respondents 3 and 4 is dispensed with.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had given a complaint / representation dated 09.01.2026 as against the third and fourth respondents before the second respondent police. However, the second respondent has not taken any action on his representation.

4. Learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the petitioner's representation would be considered with the time stipulated by this Court.

5. In view of the submission made on either side, the second respondent is directed to issue summons under Sections 64 of BNS, 2023, to the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4, to provide an opportunity of hearing and take necessary action on the complaint given by the petitioner.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
