ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehended arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 306 I.P.C., and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prevention of Exorbitant Interest Act, 2003, in Crime No.23 of 2016, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard Mr.M.Karuppasamy Pandian, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner / 2nd Accused and Mr.C.Mayil Vahana Rajendran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. It is seen that the petitioner / 2nd Accused and the co-accused Seeniammal had lent money to the deceased lady and they were constantly nagged her for return of money. Unable to withstand their torment, she committed suicide. Further, on reading of the complaint, it is seen that the husband of the deceased has produced sufficient materials to prove the same. Under such circumstances, this Court is of the view that this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner / 2nd Accused.
