ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2. 2.One Ramasamy had passed away. The third respondent herein who is his son obtained legal heir certificate. The case of the petitioner is that even though she is the daughter of late Ramasamy, her name was deliberately excluded. She therefore wants the legal heir certificate issued in favour of the third respondent to be cancelled. She wants a fresh certificate showing herself and also the third respondent as legal heirs. She has given representation in this regard.

3.The first respondent is directed to issue notice to the third respondent, hold enquiry and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law. This exercise shall be completed within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
