ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner / A2 was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 04.12.2014, for the alleged offences punishable under Section Girl Missing @ 174 Cr.P.C @ 302 IPC and section 5(g) (m) and section 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual offence Act, 2012, in crime No.143 of 2014, on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail.

2.Heard Mr.M.Murugesan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Ramachandran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent police.

3.This is the third bail application filed by the Accused. Charge Sheet was filed for the offence of rape and murder of 10 year old girl. Earlier occasion, this Court has not considered the plea of bail and rejected it categorically holding that during the disposal of the trial, the petitioner is not entitled for bail and see no different consideration to entitle the present bail. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the trial has commenced and out of 35 prosecution witnesses, 17 witnesses have already been examined. petitioner is granted bail, there is every possibility for jumping bail.
