ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] It is the case of the petitioner that her minor son namely, Girinath, aged about 5 years is in the illegal detention of her husband (third respondent herein) and on these grounds, this Habeas Corpus Petition was filed.

2. During the course of the proceedings, the parties appeared before this Court and they were sent for Mediation, but the Mediation failed. Since the detenu was secured and produced before this Court, nothing survives in this Habeas Corpus petition and the same is accordingly closed. (P.N.P.,J.) (R.H.,J.) 08.07.2022 vsm
