PRAYER:- This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to quash the impugned order in Ref.Na.Ka.S.1/6856/2014, dated 26.05.2020, on the file of the respondent No.1 and consequently for a direction directing the respondent No.1 to permit the petitioner to open and run the Fair Price Shop at Melarangiam functioning under N.N.688 Melarangiam Primary Agricultural Coopeartive Credit Society, Mela Rangiam Post, Thiruppuvanam Taluk, Sivagangan District.
