PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Na.Ka. No.1696/A4/ 2023 dated 12.02.2024 on the file of the respondent No.6 and quash the same as illegal and consequently for a direction, directing the respondent No.5 and 6 to transfer the petitioner to the post of Secondary Grade Teacher in any of the vacant or need post within the Parent Union of the petitioners i.e. the Sivakasi Union in accordance with the Government Order in G.O.(1D). No.217 School Education (Pa.Ka.5(1)) Department dated 20.06.2019 and the order passed by this Court in WP (MD) 19520 of 2019 and batch dated 25.11.2019 within the time period stipulated by this Court.
