ORDER

The issue raised in the writ petition has become infructuous since by the impugned order, restraint was given on the petitioner to sell insecticides, for a period of 7 days. The 7 day period has expired. The writ petition therefore, stands dismissed. However, if ever the respondent seek to initiate any action in future against the petitioner, let them do so after issuing show cause notice and following proper procedures. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands dismissed.
