This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register the F.I.R. on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 01.07.2016. 2.When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.14 of 2016 under Sections 120B, 406, 420, 294(b), and 506(i) I.P.C. and Sections 4(1) and 76(1) of the Chit Funds Act, 1982 by the respondent Police.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
