O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] Challenging the encroachment removal notice issued by the respondent, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition.

2. In the opinion of this Court, the impugned notice is only a show cause notice and it is always open to the petitioner to submit her explanation to the authorities concerned and work out her remedy in the manner known to law.

3. It is also seen that the petitioner has given her explanation dated 01.06.2020 to the authorities concerned.

4. In view of the above, the respondent is directed to consider the explanation given by the petitioner dated 01.06.2020, pass orders in accordance with law and proceed with the matter without delay, within a period of six weeks from the date of hosting of this order copy in the website.

5. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
