ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to consider the representation dated 06.12.2021 and take necessary action to permit the petitioner and others to enter into their village namely North Ariyanakaipuram Village and to give adequate protection for them to lead a peaceful life.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's family was ex-communicated by the village president and other village people and hence, a representation was made to the third respondent on 16.12.2021. Since the same was not considered so far, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Without going into the merits of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.12.2021, after providing opportunity to both sides and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy 2/4

of this order. The petitioner is directed to annexe a copy of the representation along with a copy of this order in order to enable the third respondent to pass orders.
