RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the above said condition as para No.6(ii) "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders" as per order dated 18.03.2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD). No.4778 of 2022 on the file of this Honourable Court. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.M.KARUNKARAAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu(Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition directing the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.4778 of 2022 dated 18.03.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioner has complied with the condition from 24.03.2022. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a cardiology patient hence, the condition may be modified.

CRL MP(MD) No.4854 of 2022 respondent police weekly twice i.e., on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and other conditions shall remain unaltered.
