ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the Petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry 1/3

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the representation made by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken. During the course of enquiry, it was found that a dispute arose between the parties with regard to the boundary line and the parties themselves have given undertaking that they will resolve their issue by measuring the property and till then they will not make any trouble to each other. Based upon the under taking given by the parties, the representation was closed.

4. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for further consideration in this matter. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
