ORDER

This petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.165 of 2016 on the file of the 1st respondent police. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the first respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions would submit that the respondent police after conducting proper investigation, closed the case as mistake of fact. 4.Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the second respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the counsel for the petitioners, if not furnished already to the petitioners and on receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioners to take action in accordance with law.
