O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Cr.M.P.No.962 of 2017, dated 28.04.2017 on the file of the Sessions Court, Sivagangai District.

2. The case of the petitioners is that they are arrayed as accused in Crime No.64 of 2017 for the offences under Sections 294 (b), 323 and 506(i) of I.P.C. While granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners, the learned Judge imposed with a condition to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. It is further stated by the petitioners that the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by this Court from 05.05.2017 till date without fail. Since the petitioners are ladies, due to ailment, it is difficult for them to comply with the condition and therefore, they have come forward https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

with this petition seeking relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the condition imposed on the petitioners by the Sessions Court, Sivagangai in Cr.M.P.No.962 of 2017, vide order dated 28.04.2017, is totally relaxed.
