This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.144 of 2016, on the file of the respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent.

3. It is seen that a case was registered in Crime No.144 of 2016, on 03.04.2016, under Section 174 Cr.P.C.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that the respondent is awaiting closure report, to file a final report in Crime No.144 of 2016 and he further submitted that it will take sometime.

5. In paragraph No.6 of the petition, it is stated that she needs the postmortem certificate to make claim from the Revenue and Labour Departments.

6. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that if the petitioner approached the respondent, the respondent is ready to furnish the postmortem certificate to him. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

7. In the above facts and circumstances, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to approach the respondent police to get the postmortem certificate.
