ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the Contemnor / 3rd respondent herein for his willful disobedience of the order dated 20.12.2023 made in W.P.(MD)No.30313 of 2023 on the file of this Court.

2. Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that First Information Report has been registered on 25.03.2024 against three persons for the offences under Sections 417 and 420 of IPC.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the name of the third accused is wrongly mentioned.

4. That allegation cannot be taken into account by this Court. It is for the investigation officer to make the corrections. 2/4

5. With the above said observation, this Contempt Petition stands closed. No costs.
