PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS Act, 2023, to direct the Respondent No.2 not to harass the petitioner in guise of enquiry, by considering the Petitioner representation dated 20.02.2026. ORDER

The present petition has been filed seeking a direction as against the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of the enquiry by considering the petitioner's representation dated 20.02.2026.

2. According to the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, a lady who was working in his establishment had committed suicide and passed away. In the said case, one Vijikaran has been arrayed as an accused person who has nothing to do with the establishment of the petitioner.

3. According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, the petitioner is not an accused. Only for verification of certain facts, he was called for an enquiry once and the petitioner is not an accused.

4. Recording the said submissions, this Criminal Original Petition stands allowed.
