ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner, who was arrested on 26.04.2018 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 341, 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324, 506(ii), 307 of IPC @ 341, 147, 294(b), 323, 506(i) of IPC, in Crime No.108 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that no one sustained injury in the alleged occurrence.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking note of the period of incarceration of the petitioner and also considering the fact that no one sustained injury in the alleged occurrence, I am of the view that the petitioner could be enlarged on bail. Accordingly, it is ordered that the petitioner shall be released on bail, on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Nilakkottai, Dindigul District and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
