ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking to quash the order dated 11.03.2022 made in I.A.No.137 of 2021 in O.S.No.152 of 2021, on the file of the 2nd Additional District and Sessions Judge, Thanjavur 2.Learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the plaintiff and he filed a suit for recovery of money as against the respondent / defendant, in which he filed an interlocutory application in I.A.No.137 of 2021, for attachment before judgment and the same was dismissed on 11.03.2022. Challenging the same, the present Civil Revision Petition has been filed. 3.During the course of the arguments, learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that during the pendency of this Civil Revision Petition, the suit was dismissed for default and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.
4.In view of the submission made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. 2/5
However, if the suit has been restored subsequently, then the trial Court may dispose of the suit at the earliest in the manner known to law. There shall be no order as to costs.
