ORDER

With the consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner seeks limited relief of disposal of his Review Petition dated 15.07.2024, on the file of the first respondent.

3. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.B.Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2.

4. The petitioner has sought for review of the order of the second respondent dated 01.07.2024 by preferring a review petition on 15.07.2024. The said review petition is pending without any progress on the file of the first respondent and therefore, the petitioner seeks for expeditious disposal of the said review petition. However, the learned Additional Government Pleader would contend that the review petition has been taken on file and in fact, it is listed for enquiry on 02.04.2025. 2/4

5. Considering the above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's review petition dated 15.07.2024, on merits, within a period of eight weeks from 02.04.2025. No costs.
