This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records in D.V.No.6 of 2016 which is pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Tenkasi and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner is in-law of the respondent. Since the allegations have been made against this petitioner also, this Court is not inclined to quash the proceedings in D.V.No.6 of 2016 in respect of the petitioner.

4. In fine, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also dismissed. However, the appearance of the petitioner before the trial Court is dispensed with and she is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi as and when required.
