ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by C.T. SELVAM,J.) The petitioner has sought production of his sister Selvapriya, aged 22 years, before this Court and set her at liberty. 2.The detenue has been produced. She is accompanied by her husband/second respondent. The detenue informs of having attended the petitioner's marriage upon being invited and that the petitioner and also other family members insisted upon her parting company of her husband. The second respondent informs that the couple are frequently shifting residence fearing harm at the hands of the petitioner and his family members.

respondent as also his wife to bring to the notice of the first respondent case of any threat and such respondent is required to act in keeping with the needs of the situation.
