ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the revision petitioner to direct the learned Consumer Forum to expedite and complete the trial in C.C. No. 52 of 2020, on the file of the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil within the time frame stipulated by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3.The revision petitioner has filed a complaint before the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil against the respondent and the same was numbered as C.C.No.52 of 2020. It is pending from the year 2020 without any progress. Now the petitioner wants to get insurance amount for the vehicle and hence, filed this revision petition. The matter is pending only because of non-posting of the Consumer Judge. Now as per G.O.(Ms)No.33, dated 18.03.2022, Consumer Judge was appointed.

C.R.P(PD)(MD).No. 893 of 2022 4.In view of the above, the learned Consumer Judge, District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil, is hereby directed to dispose of the C.C.No.52 of 2020, within two months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.

5.With these directions, this Civil Revision Petition stands allowed. No costs.
